- You lead the Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, and Assembly Operations teams.
- You are responsible for production planning and capacity allocation in accordance with our Plan-to-Produce process.
- You ensure that every activity in production is POA-compliant - production is carried out exclusively based on approved, certified data.
- You establish an NDAA-compliant supply chain for safety-critical components and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- You are responsible for production cost per unit, inventory levels, and lead times, and you drive continuous improvement (Lean) as part of our Operational Excellence initiative.
- You own On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) as the key delivery KPI for our customers.
- You work closely with our Quality Management team, actively safeguarding their independent release authority.

What you can expect
As Head of Production & Supply, you are responsible for the entire physical value stream—from raw material procurement through assembly to delivery. You turn certified designs into ready-to-fly aircraft systems, which will be produced under EASA POA (Part 21G) in the future.
Your profile
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of leadership experience in production/operations, including demonstrable experience scaling up series production in a regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, medical technology). Experience with EASA Part 21G POA or comparable production approval systems is a definite plus.
- Regulatory Understanding: Solid knowledge of EASA Part 21G requirements, incoming quality control procedures, and material traceability. Awareness of NDAA/ITAR implications in sourcing.
- Technical Skills: ERP/MRP experience (Odoo or comparable), lean manufacturing methods, sound supplier management, data-driven operations control.
- Attitude: An operational driver who respects quality independence—you view Quality Management’s right of veto as a safeguard, not an obstacle. Calm under delivery pressure, uncompromising on compliance.
- Languages: Business-fluent in German and English.

Collective agreement
For this position we offer a gross annual salary starting from € 84.826,00 on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is a given for us.
